Crestabond M7-15 Structural Adhesive is an off-white, primer-less, universal, 2-part methacrylate adhesive. M7-15 is designed for bonding composites such as GRP, FRP, carbon fibre, polyester, DCPD modified vinyl esters and gelcoats. M7-15 can also bond thermoplastics such as acrylic, PVC, ABS and metals such as stainless, CRS and aluminium.

The Crestabond M7-15 structural adhesive is a reliable, fast-setting, and versatile two-component adhesive designed for bonding substrates such as composites and metals like zinc. With a 1:1 acrylic formulation, it meets the bonding needs of various applications and assembly processes, providing flexibility in product design.

The working time for our Crestabond M7-15 adhesive is 10-20 minutes, with a fixture time of 30-45 minutes, making it suitable for both intricate and larger projects. Once cured at workshop temperatures of 18-25°C, this adhesive, along with others in our Crestabond line, offers strong bonds and excellent resistance to impact and compression, making it ideal for challenging environments and structures.

To ensure optimal performance, please apply our Crestabond M7-15 structural methacrylate adhesive on clean, dry surfaces free from oils, dust, or grease. While it can be used without a primer, it should be stored between 2°C and 23°C, away from direct sunlight, and consumed promptly after opening.

Directions for Use

1. Ensure that there are no traces of oil, grease or dirt on surfaces to be bonded.

2. Dispense the adhesive via manual or pneumatic dispensing gun

3. Dispense initially onto a non-bonding surface until the mixed bead colour is uniform.

4. Mate parts within the working time of the product and clamp properly to prevent joint movement.
