Crestabond M7-05 Structural Adhesive is an off-white, primer-less, universal, 2-part methacrylate adhesive. M7-04 is designed for bonding composites such as GRP, FRP, carbon fibre, polyester, DCPD modified vinyl esters and gelcoats. M7-04 can also bond thermoplastics such as acrylic, PVC, ABS and metals such as stainless, CRS and aluminium.

The M7-05 structural adhesive is a key product within our Crestabond M7 1:1 acrylic adhesive range, designed to provide a reliable and versatile bonding solution for a variety of surfaces including thermoplastics and galvanized metals. This adhesive offers a workable timeframe of 4-7 minutes and achieves a secure bond within 18-22 minutes, eliminating the need for primers or extensive surface preparation which can help streamline the assembly process and increase efficiency.

As a structural methacrylate adhesive, Crestabond M7-05 is well-suited for a wide range of assembly operations, making it a versatile choice for numerous applications. Our Crestabond adhesives are particularly recommended for industrial applications where high levels of impact, peel, shear, compressive strength, and fatigue resistance are required, even on vertical surfaces.

Featuring a filling capacity of 1-5mm, Crestabond M7-05 delivers exceptional strength and durability for smaller applications. This adhesive is available in 50ml and 400ml cartridges for smaller scale productions, as well as 18kg pails and 180kg drums for larger volume needs.

Directions for Use

1. Ensure that there are no traces of oil, grease or dirt on surfaces to be bonded.

2. Dispense the adhesive via manual or pneumatic dispensing gun

3. Dispense initially onto a non-bonding surface until the mixed bead colour is uniform.

4. Mate parts within the working time of the product and clamp properly to prevent joint movement.
