1. Always shake or mix the resin thoroughly before use, particularly for Crestaform DM HP, as pigment heterogeneity may impact print quality.
2. Open the container and pour the appropriate amount of resin into the tank based on the size of the printer model.
3. Take care to avoid spilling resin on the printer, LCD screen, or any area outside of the resin tank.
4. Before returning to storage container, Filter unused resin.
1. Submerge print in clean post-wash detergent (Procure Post-Wash), for at least 5 minutes. Alternatively, rinse part with low-odour 3D print detergent. Reusing 3D post-wash detergents may diminish print clarity.
2. Dry print remove residual solvent prior to post-curing.
1. Once printing is complete, Post-cure as soon as possible.
2. Post-cure each print for a minimum of 10 minutes under a dedicated UV curing light operating within the 385-405nm wavelength range. Alternatively, you may leave the print to cure for at least 2 hours under direct sunlight.
3. Employing temperature-assisted UV curing can enhance the rigidity of the print and may initiate shrinkage to improve the quality of negative features.
