Application
T90 is a high-strength, very low viscosity nutlock designed for the locking of threaded fasteners, typically on pre-assembled parts. Due to its very low viscosity, T90 is able to seep (wick) between engaged threads, eliminating the need to disassemble. Prevents rust, corrosion and leakage as well as loosening from vibration or shock. Recommended for instrumentation screws, electrical connectors and carburettors. Particularly suitable for filling of porosity in welds, castings and powdered metal parts.
How to Use
For optimum performance, surfaces should be clean, dry and free of grease.
Apply several drops to the thread or nut, assemble and tighten as required.
To prevent the clogging of the nozzle, avoid the tip touching the metal surface during application.
