Application 

R41 is a yellow, medium-strength, medium-viscosity retainer used for bonding cylindrical fitting parts where disassembly is required in the future.  Typical applications include the mounting/retention of bearings and bushes onto shafts and into housings. R41 can also prevent loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.  UV fluorescent properties allow the products presence to be monitored in quality control via a UV black light.

How to Use

For optimum performance surfaces should be clean, dry and free of grease.

Apply several drops to one of the surfaces to be bonded, assemble and tighten as required.

To prevent the clogging of the nozzle, avoid the tip touching the metal surface during application.
