Lockfast PU Rigid 5605 is a grey-coloured, odourless, 5-minute, polyurethane adhesive. Lockfast PU makes fast and easy repairs possible on damaged plastic parts, typically in the auto body shop repair markets. Used to repair bumpers, lights, front grills, side protection etc, whenever rigid parts are damaged. Suitable substrates include all thermosetting plastics and most thermoplastics such as ABS, PC, PA, PPO, PP, PP+EPDM, SAN.
Lockfast PU 5605 also has very good adhesion on many different materials such as metal, wood, concrete, ceramics and glass.
How to Use
Grind or sand surfaces of the damaged parts and clean using a solvent based cleaner and a dry cloth.
Apply the product via 1:1 application gun with mixing nozzle, to the damaged surface and allow to cure.
Sand the repaired area to a smooth finish.
