Application

M7-15 is designed for bonding composites such as GRP, FRP, carbon fibre, polyester, DCPD modified vinyl esters, epoxy and gelcoats. M7-15 can also bond thermoplastics such as acrylic, PVC, ABS and metals such as stainless, CRS, aluminium, zinc and galvanised.

This new generation of structural methacrylate adhesive meets the bonding requirements of most assembly operations as it demonstrates excellent impact, peel, shear, compressive strength and fatigue resistance properties across all bonded parts.

This makes M7-15 useful for bonding, repairing and constructing kayaks, super yachts, buses, coaches, cars, trains, trucks, doors, windows, cladding, blades, housing, nacelles, motorhomes, caravans, tractors, diggers, off – road and combine harvesters plus many other applications.

How to Use

Ensure that there are no traces of oil, grease or dirt on surfaces to be bonded.

Dispense the adhesive via manual or pneumatic dispensing gun

Dispense initially onto a non-bonding surface until the mixed bead colour is uniform.

Mate parts within the working time of the product and clamp properly to prevent joint movement.
